Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage the company's social media presence, marketing activities, graphic design, and content creation. The role involves creating engaging content, maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing campaigns, and improving online visibility.

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts and stories
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track performance and prepare basic analytics reports
• Support company marketing and branding initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and announcements
• Design creatives for social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, and presentations
• Edit images and short videos for digital platforms
• Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines
• Write content for social media, website, brochures, and emails
• Create captions, taglines, and marketing copy
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency

• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with social media platforms
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics
• Experience with video editing tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
